Adults 7-bedded unit providing individual bedrooms for each user, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Access for one wheel chair user in present accommodation. (See comments) Costs to service users / families £56.00 per week (£8.00 per individual night) Access via local social work team through assessment process. Registered as Residential Unit with CSCI This unit is currently under review and will be replaced during this financial year by two smaller houses, one of which will be adapted to a high standard to provide improved facilities for wheelchair users. Both of these units will be new build.
